Jason Williams never won an NBA championship. He spent the last few years of his career toiling throughout the league and playing for a variety of teams while trying unsuccessfully to chase a 'chip. And that ridiculous "WHITEBOY" tattoo across his knuckles still puzzles the shit out of us. But it's hard to deny the impact dude had on the league in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
