Many of the tests and comparisons the Top Gear franchise carries out make sense. But then, there are the few that hold little more than shock value. What you're about to watch is definitely the latter. Though it's only a teaser clip from an episode of Top Gear Australia, the outcome is pretty apparent.
Watch the video above and see what happens when you attempt to exceed your pickup's towing capacity, by a few tons or so. There's really no reason to shout "spoiler alert" here, but it's still fun to watch the GM pickup fire-flame its tires away, only to have the 600-ton mining truck stay completely stationary.
