#18. The Vince Coleman Disasters

Date: 1991-1993

Whether playing with the Mets or against them, Vince Coleman was a menace. At least as a Cardinal, he only hurt them on the basepaths. As a Met, he whacked ace Dwight Gooden with a golf club, then tossed firecrackers at fans, injuring three children. That got him suspended for the remainder of his so-called Mets career.
