Is it just us—or is Floyd Mayweather, Jr. doing everything but planning to fight Manny Pacquiao right now? Apparently, dude saw Justin Bieber's Never Say Never movie the other day (in 3D, we presume!) and loved it so much that he had to make this 37-second clip devoted to telling the world just how much he loved it.
