How Not to Get Arrested for a DUI: The Miguel Cabrera Edition

Swigging scotch right in front of the po-po? D'oh!

None

These days, athletes and DUIs go together like Stockton and Malone. It's unfortunate, but everyone from Carmelo Anthony to Braylon Edwards has caught a case for drinking and driving. So it's a little hard for athletes to surprise us when they get busted for a DUI. Enter Miguel Cabrera. After police noticed his car's engine smoking on the side of a road in Florida last night, they questioned Cabrera and suspected that he was heavily intoxicated. His response? He asked a police officer, "Do you know who I am? You don't know anything about my problems," picked up a bottle of scotch and took a nice, long swig right in front of them. Ummm...busted?
