More than five years after Dave Chappelle played the role of T-Dub during a hilarious skit about what would happen if America held a "racial draft" on an episode of Chappelle's Show, Woods finally jumped on Twitter yesterday and made a confession that shocked the shit out of us: He actually thought it was funny!
