Thatcher Destroys Mendes
Ben Thatcher is about as popular in England as his namesake Margaret. But rather than attempting to destroy the education and health systems and implementing aggressive privatization in the U.K. like the Iron Lady did, Ben merely attempted to destroy the face of Portsmouth player Pedro Mendes with this horror tackle during his time at Manchester City. Mendes was officially flattened.

It's a big shame Tevez left West Ham...he should have stayed. He could have gone from hammer's hero to hammer's legend.
