Sheikh Mansour Buys City
Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan—the brother of the ruler of Abu Dhabi, with an estimated family fortune over $1 trillion—bought Manchester City and immediately signalled his intent to spend and spend big when he signed Brazilian Robinho for £32 million, a British record. With money seemingly no object, Mansour could do for City what Abramovich did for Chelsea—but we'll see if silverware follows.

It's a big shame Tevez left West Ham...he should have stayed. He could have gone from hammer's hero to hammer's legend.
