Volkswagen uses the Bus to take shots at Honda (2009)
COMPLEX SAYS: In case you missed it, instead of making a new version of the Bus, Volkswagen called on Dodge to build them a minivan. Then, in an attempt to gain some marketshare, they made commercials taking shots at the Japanese minivans that were starting to dominate the market. And who did they call to blast off? The OG minivan himself, the OG Type 2, voiced by none other than Thomas Haden Church.
