Originally making its debut with the release of an OG colorway and a hyped-up collaboration from L.A.'s UNDFTD, the re-tooled Nike Kobe 1 Protro is making a return in another one of the model's original color schemes.
Opting for another Lakers-inspired colorway, this time around Kobe's first Nike signature will be utilizing a white leather upper with purple and black accents on the Swoosh, ankle collar, and midsole. While aesthetically the Protro remains the same as its original predecessor from 2005, the tech upgrades have made the sneaker a solid performance option in 2018. Modifications on the Protro include a more lightweight overall construction and the addition of full-length Zoom Air cushioning in the midsole.
According to @J23app on Twitter, this quickstrike release of this Kobe 1 Protro will be taking place on April 14 for a retail price of $175.
