For the second year in a row, PUMA will be the official footwear sponsor of ComplexCon. In 2016, the Global Sportswear Brand brought a big pop-up with exclusive merchandise to Long Beach, and this year it will do the same, but on a much larger scale. PUMA will use ComplexCon 2017 as a platform to celebrate the upcoming 50th anniversary of the PUMA Suede, continue its "Run the Streets" campaign with brand ambassadors like Dave East, A$AP Twelvyy, Sonny Digital, and Mick Jenkins, and release drop two of their collaborative headwear capsule with Gunner Stahl.

With musical performances, pop-up shops, art displays, discussion panels, and more, ComplexCon was created to "bring the Internet to real life," and PUMA is looking to elevate that experience with many engaging activations. Attendees of the festival and exhibition will have the opportunity to bring their talent and creativity to life in collaboration with several PUMA-affiliated celebrity mentors. Whether you're a photographer, musician, model, or designer, there will be opportunities of a lifetime offered exclusively at ComplexCon.

Hustlers: Want to be a behind-the-scenes photographer on a PUMA campaign shoot? Show off your daily hustle at the PUMA booth, be reviewed by Big Sean’s tour photographer, Thomas Falcone, and make it happen. As an added bonus, get the opportunity to have a meet and greet with Big Sean.

Submission is first come, first serve. Anyone at ComplexCon can bring their photography, music, product concepts, videos and all other original creative content to the PUMA booth on their phone. A staff of seasoned industry professionals and cultural influencers will review their work on the spot for about 5 minutes. The overall criteria for content shared is that it must be original work and answers the specific brief at hand. Each reviewer (there are 3 windows reviewing at all times from 10am - 6pm) will be filtering creativity and craft through their own lens.Consider PUMA's activation to be more akin to a portfolio review/job fair where everyone is rewarded with feedback (at the very least) for participating with the single attendee who is awarded that brief's assignment will be selected after two rounds of reviews, and will receive a text or call to come to the booth sign a creative agreement on the spot. 

From feedback to a printed educational resource, to joining the PUMA 2018 creative roster (a list of people PUMA wants to work with 2018), to being awarded a massive job opportunity with PUMA, everyone who shares their work at the booth walks away with something.
