Stephen Curry's Olympic plans may be uncertain at the moment, but if he does decide to play, he'll have a "USA" colorway of the Under Armour Curry 2 to lace up. US11 shared an early image of the sneaker today, which is scheduled to release later this month.
Anyone who is a USA basketball fan is surely hoping Curry will be fully recovered by the time the Rio Games kick off, but we'll have to see how he plays when he returns to the NBA Playoffs. It would be assumed that this colorway was meant for the Olympics, but brands have been known to debut new sneakers during the games, so we could see him in the Curry 3 by then. Either way, it'll be a major move by Under Armour to display a product on a stage that big.
This sneaker is set to release on May 28.
