Just like his teammate Kevin Durant did a few weeks back, Russell Westbrook is making sneaker headlines with a pair of kicks he wore at a recent OKC practice.
The image of Westbrook was posted on the Thunder's Instagram page and shows the star guard flashing a smile alongside head coach Billy Donovan and assistant coach Maurice Cheeks. On Westbrook's feet was a pair of Air Jordan XXX "Cosmos" PEs which bears some similarity to the model given to participants of the recent Jordan Brand Classic. Some of the key differences include the color of the XXX detail on the back heel, a clear outsole instead of white, a colored toe cap, and of course Westbrook's "RW" logo on the tongue.
Like Westbrook's previous Air Jordan PEs, fans will have to admire these from afar because acquiring them will require some serious connections.
