adidas has teamed up with three of their key Los Angeles ambassadors: Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young, renowned photographer Atiba Jefferson, and well-known L.A. chef Roy Choi to help celebrate the U.S. release of the NMD

Los Angeles residents are invited to see the city through the eyes of these three L.A. natives by hitting up some of their favorite local spots and rewarding 25 fans with an adidas NMD gift pack. Each ambassador will have a day to takeover the @adidasoriginals Twitter leading fans on tour of the city before ultimately landing at the final destination where the prize pack can be found.

Complex News was invited to tag along during Nick Young's takeover where he opened up about why he ultimately signed with the three stripes and what it's really like to ball in Yeezys. He also revealed that he's trying to swipe as much Kobe Bryant memorabilia as possible before his final game saying, "I've seen one of his All-Star jerseys get sold [on e-Bay] for $100,000, so if anybody need some shoes, holla at me. They're signed."

Fans who win the NMD prize pack will also be treated to a free concert from another LA native, Miguel. Follow @adidasoriginals on Twitter to see how you can participate and for the full interview with Nick Young check out the video above.
