With Super Bowl 50 being hosted in the San Francisco Bay Area, last night's shoot out between the Golden State Warriors and the Oklahoma City was a star-studded event with the likes of Jay-Z and Beyonce in attendance. For some fans, seeing Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant go at it in the company of plenty celebrities wasn't the only treat. A series of tweets between Under Armour and the Warriors led up to them giving away autographed pairs of the Under Armour Curry 2 to a lucky row of fans. With the recent release of Curry's second signature sneaker, the giveaway made for great promotion.

The Warriors promptly tweeted a picture of Stephen Curry signing all the sneakers at the request of Under Armour:

Then the sneakers were placed on a row of seats for some lucky fans:

A free pair of Under Armour Curry 2s and a 116-108 win from the Warriors made for a great night for them:

It's always nice to see athletes giving back to their fans, but Curry still has some catching up to do in sneaker sales.
