Draymond Green is having quite the year, leading the league in triple doubles, while being the ultimate glue guy for the Golden State Warriors' start to the season. It has lead some to wonder if a signature sneaker or Nike PE is on the way.
The normal outspoken Green took a more reserved approach when asked about the possibility of his own shoe in a recent talk with SLAM at Foot Locker in Toronto. "I hope so, I think that would be great," Green said. "But that's on Nike. If the timing is right, I think it's possible."
He did crack a large smile when the question was asked, indicating he is more than excited about the possibility. Green, a Nike athlete, has been wearing LeBron James' Nike sneakers since last season. He recently called the shoes just too comfortable to not wear, even when he faced off against James on Christmas day.
