As one of NBA All-Star Weekend's marquee releases, plenty of folks had their eyes set on copping the latest iteration of the Air Jordan IV Retro "White Cement." As many of you know, this latest edition once again features the "Nike Air" branding on the back heel, a detail that is highly coveted by sneakerheads.

Unfortunately, those looking to cop via Nike Store and its SNKRS app have been frustrated in their initial attempts as both the site and app experienced technical difficulties. Considering these situations are fairly common with major releases, today's issues shouldn't' really come as a surprise to most. With Nike having made its SNKRS app available to Android users earlier this week, it might have underestimated the influx of traffic from its new user or could it have been a myriad of other issues. Whatever the case, many folks took to Twitter to voice their grievances with Nike and below are some of the more notable tweets:

not a great morning for the snkrs app to act a fool, nike.
What happened to the @Nike app? Used to be reasonable to try and get sneakers. Now just error messages @NikeSupport
