News came out yesterday that Kyrie Irving wasn't selected to the Eastern Conference's squad for the 2016 All-Star Game. Nike had already created a sneaker for him to wear during the game, and the shoe wasn't rolled out today with the rest of the footwear for Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Paul George, and Kevin Durant.

According to Nike, The Kyrie 2 will not launch on Friday and there are no plans to launch the sneaker.
