Nike's Dropping a Pair of Air Max 1s Only for "The 6"

Nike's ties to Toronto are about to reach beyond Drake, as the brand has just unveiled an exclusive pair of Air Maxes for "The 6."

Last night at SoHo House Toronto, Nike unveiled the "The 6" Air Max 1. Thanks to images from the event, we're getting a closer look at the details on these. The upper starts around a black mesh and nubuck, which is wrapped in a white textile mudguard complete with "mini Swoosh" branding.

Down low, a white-on-white midsole and outsole combination adds even more contrast. A star compass insignia appears at the heel, while the tongue label features a Canadian maple leaf. Waxed black laces complete the look.

These "The 6" Air Max 1s are as set to drop with little warning on Sunday, December 6 from Nikestore online and exclusively at select Toronto Nike Sportswear retailers. A U.S. release will follow on December 17. Take a look at some shots from the event along with Nike's official imagery below.
