WTAPS and Vans form one of the most consistently reliable collaborative teams in the sneaker game. WTAPS designer Tetsu Nishiyama (TET, for short) has a predilection for paring down versatile silhouettes to their purest form, whether it's a chambray shirt, a pair of fatigue pants, or in this case, some Vans. Whenever the Japanese streetwear brand and California-born footwear purveyor put their minds together, the result is something completely covetable, and often, so clean you can wear it with just about anything.

This series of shoes is no exception. WTAPS takes the Vans Style 36 silhouette and renders it in three pairs of monochromatic colorways: black, navy, and burgundy. Sure, it's easy to gravitate toward the black and navy pairs, but real heads will find a way to rock the challenging crimson-colored kicks. They’re definitely the most Instagram-worthy pair.
