If you were amongst the many that copped Nike's popular FuelBand, then you might be in for a little treat.
Nike and Apple have settled a lawsuit brought up against them over false claims regarding performance aspects of the FuelBand as well as failure to adhere to the terms of the product's warranty. As part of the settlement, Nike has agreed to pay owners either $15 by check or $25 via Nike giftcard, for each and every FuelBand purchased from the product's initial launch date of January 19, 2012 to June 17, 2015. The claim can be found here and folks have until January 4, 2016 to fill out and submit the form.
