The original Nike Air Max 1s, produced in 1987, didn't come with a small Swoosh on the toe, but it's still one of those most crucial details that the brand ever placed on its transcendent runner. The Mini Swoosh was first introduced in 1997 and faded away in the early 2000s. Since that time, it's become a rarity, but it looks like Nike is reintroducing it on one of the "Ultra Moire" takes on the Air Max 1.

In a few leaked images that surfaced online, there looks to be several colorways with the Mini Swoosh. There's no release date or further information yet, but we're throwing up a prayer that this check is seen on other models. A Safari "Air Max 1" retro, anyone?
