You already know that the University of Oregon gets hooked up with the illest Nike sneakers and gear, but this might be the first time the school gets its very own silhouette.

Spotted today on the @Ducks_Equipment Twitter account is a pair of Oregon-themed sneakers that bear a strong resemblance to the Nike Air Huarache runner and were created exclusively for the Ducks' track team. The sneakers feature a sock-like inner bootie, tongue and heel pulltabs, and medial and lateral Swoosh branding that are absent on the O.G. style.

These Ducks exclusives have also been outfitted with a healthy dose of grey elephant print and Oregon branding on the heels and pull tabs. Unfortunately, these probably aren't going to be releasing, but we'll let you know if anything changes.

UPDATE (July 1, 2014, 3:40 p.m.)

Thanks to DJ Clark Kent, we're finally learning more about this sneaker dubbed the "Duckrache." According to Clark Kent, these Huaraches were a joint effort between the original creator, Tinker Hatfield, and former Oregon athlete/current Nike Sportswear developer Jason Humble. Created exclusively for the University, it's safe to say that you won't be copping these anytime soon. Find out the full background in the caption below.
