The best sneaker for LGBT Pride Month is the Nike Sock Dart, but Nike has a few other options coming out for those who either don't want the Sock Darts — who are you? — or can't acquire them. announced that it will be releasing the Nike Roshe Run, Free Run 5.0, and Hyper Rev as part of its #BeTrue collection.
Each sneaker features elements of rainbows, and the Roshe Runs are the loudest of them, with their multicolored toe box. In juxtaposition, the Hyper Rev and Free Run 5.0 are a little more toned down.
According to Nike's Vice President of Global Marketing, Tim Hershey, "Nike is deeply committed to diversity, inclusion and unleashing the potential of all athletes."
There will be an accompanying line of T-shirts, socks, and 5-panel hats that represent cities with Nike retail locations. Expect the collection to release on Friday, June 5.
