Puma's running heritage is huge. From the track to the streets, the German sportswear powerhouse has a huge history of crafting sneakers that are comfortable, durable, and hugely popular. The past few years have seen Puma re-release a lot of retro silhouettes from the huge archive they have at their disposal, but Spring 2015 sees the introduction of an entirely new silhouette, the Aril

Lightweight, flexible, and cool AF, the Aril's design is based heavily on the iconic Puma R698 runner from the '90s, with the new model built around a stripped-back, simplified version of the iconic runner. The upper is constructed from mesh, with microfibre suede trims, and a translucent saddle, a design point you might recognise from the R698. Finishing touches include a leather Form Stripe, reflective heel windows, removable moulded footbed, and a lightweight rubber outsole. The first release of the Aril includes three colourways; black/white, limestone grey/white, and a triple white, with lots more colourways on the way to see you through the summer months.

Check out the other two colourways below, and head over to ASOS, Office, or Schuh to pick up a pair now.
