It was inevitable. Just like every popular item before it and surely everything after it, the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost is getting bootlegged.

Images from what appears to be a factory have surfaced showing several stages of the "Fugazzy" Boost being produced. Images include several detailed shots of the upper as well as a couple of the finished product. Based on the pictures shown, fans should do their best to educate themselves on some of the differences if they plan on copping a pair off the secondary market at some point. One dead giveaway is the "YZY" on the strap. Authentic pairs have that detail on the Boost outsole, not the strap. In another photo, one user comments how another sign is the way the back heel of the fake pair bends. Last, but not least, the strap should be tonal to the upper. Not contrasting as several of these images have shown. Maybe this was one of the working sample pairs before they finalize the bootleg, but either way, sneaker heads have been put on notice.

Considering the exorbitant prices Yeezy Boosts have been going for on eBay and other places, the temptation to cop a bootleg is there. But alas, we advise you to stick to the straight and narrow because of the criminal entity behind the bootlegging operation. While Kanye intended for fans to have more access to his sneakers, we're fairly certain he wouldn't condone it being done this way.
