An ambitious documentary about today's sneaker culture is set to make its debut this month at South by Southwest Festival in Austin, and we've got an exclusive first look at the official trailer. Not since the 2005 film "Just for Kicks" has a film gone to such great lengths to cover and discuss our culture. And in the decade since, the game has changed quite a bit.

Featuring some of the culture's most recognizable faces and personalities, "Sneakerheadz" aims to share the stories of our contemporaries, the lengths that some of these collectors will go through to get a coveted pair, as well as to shed light on what fuels the game today. From Complex's very own expert "Quickstrike" duo of Russ Bengtson and DJ Clark Kent, athletes, celebrities, and even a look at the elusive Croatianstyle's collection, fans will get to see expert discussion about the game as well get to hear some of their incredible personal stories.

Directed and produced by Academy Award-nominee David T. Friendly along with award-winning music and video director Mick Partridge, Sneakerheadz looks like solid film that has the potential to become a "must see" for anyone that claims to be called a "sneakerhead."

The world premier is set for March 16 at SXSW. For more information on the film, visit their FanBacked page here.
