When you play college hoops for Michael Jordan's alma mater, it comes with plenty of notoriety and some awesome on-court perks. One of the benefits of being part of a Jordan Brand-sponsored program is getting outfitted on game days in nothing but the finest and most exclusive gear that dons the Jumpman mark.
This past weekend, to coincide with the drop of the "Legend Blue" XI retro, the whole UNC men's basketball team took to the court against Ohio State rocking the white patent leather sneakers. And it looks like it helped upgrade the Tar Heels' game considering they beat the higher-ranked Buckeyes.
MJ definitely looked out for the entire squad. Must be nice to be a Tar Heel.
