Late last week, Nike released its newest version of the Kobe 9 Elite.
Arguably, its most gaudy colorway to date, Nike decked out these 9s in an all "Challenge Red" mixed material upper highlighted by a textured forefoot region and luxurious snakeskin patterned leather. Considering how popular red has been in sneakers this year, it comes as a bit of a surprise that these are still available this morning. It might have to do with the wallet-crushing $275 price tag or because much of this weekend's focus was on copping the Air Jordan XI "Legend Blue." More than likely, it's probably a combination of both. If holiday shopping hasn't completely zapped you of your funds, and these are still on your radar, make your move now and cop direct from the Nike.
