It's no surprise that Bodega has an ASICS collaboration. For the past three weeks, the Boston retailer has been running an international geocaching event where a pair of its ASICS Gel Lyte Vs have been hidden in a secret location in six cities across the globe.
What does come as a surprise, however, is the fact that there are actually two different colorways of its "Get Wet" ASICS sneaker—one in "Pewter/Atmosphere" and the other labeled as "Vapor Blue/Olive Grey."
Both runners feature Gore-Tex construction, hits of reflective 3M, a ripstop nylon base, and nubuck overlays. The predominantly muted upper on both sneakers is paired with striking accents, including purple, red, and yellow.
The sneakers retail for $170 each, and will be available online at midnight EST on the morning of Saturday, December 13. Pairs will also be released in-store later in the day at 9 a.m. EST.
