We likened them to Barney while others have said they evoke thoughts of the Toronto Raptors. Whatever they may look like to you, the Nike KD7 "Cave Purple" is no longer just a grade school exclusive.
Much like the LeBron 12, Nike has provided a backstory behind each colorway of the KD7 that has been released so far. We aren't exactly sure what the official name of the sneaker is or the story behind its colorway, but as of right now it is going by the "Cave Purple" moniker. Between the Kobe 9 Elite, LeBron 12 "Instinct" and Zoom Run The One, it's been a big year for Nike and the color purple already. Add these KD7s to the mix and we just might know what the Swoosh's favorite color is.
