The highly-anticipated collaboration between Nike and the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital has officially been unveiled. The 2014 Doernbecher Freestyle collection, which is the eleventh time the two Oregon-based organizations have come together to empower patients through design, was unveiled tonight at a special event at the Portland Art Museum.

The collection features six sneakers designed by patients Addie Peterson, Chase Crouch, Tim Haarmann, Caden Lampert, Alejandro Muñoz, and Missy Miller. Each sneaker is filled with unique imagery that serves as a reflection of the child's hobbies, experiences, interests, and overall life.
