However, as a new season dawns upon us, there is another team primed to make waves in the sneaker world. With the news that LaMarcus Aldridge signed to Jordan Brand, the Portland Trail Blazers have emerged as a contender for the best sneaker team of this upcoming season.
Aldridge joins Damian Lillard in forming one of the most dynamic 1-2 sneaker punches in the league. After being the face of the adidas Craylight Boost launch, Lillard took to Instagram this past week to show off his very own signature shoe with adidas that is expected to drop sometime in 2015.
So with multiple Jordan PEs on deck for Aldridge this season, as well as a whole arsenal of adidas sneakers for Lillard, Rip City just may be your sneaker capital for the 2014-15 NBA season.
