In today's culture, just about any sneaker that carries the "glow in the dark" tag is destined for success. Although it's not a new technology by any means, the popularity and hype and these glowing sneakers couldn't be higher. Typically, glow in the dark shoes comes in the standard off-green look that's confined to one area of the shoe, that is unless your Under Armour. The team at adidas took this booming trend, but took a different approach with the latest Adistar Raven 3.

Earlier in the week we saw the first installment of the Consortium collection with the adidas Consortium Boost “Glow Zone”. With the latest Adistar Raven 3, the Three Stripes used the same reflective silver material throughout the upper that'll light up the streets on your late night runs. The rest of the shoe is done with metallic and black accents throughout and is finished off with a white outsole. If your questioning the performance aspect based on the look, fear not. The Adistar Raven 3 features a Adaptive Traxion outsole to provide optimal grip in slippery conditions, and uses a mesh base through the upper to keep the shoes lightweight and breathable.

The adidas Consortium Adistar Raven 3 is currently available at Titolo, and should make it's way stateside in the very near future.
