Generally, when 'heads think of bronzed-out sneakers, they associate it with leather simply decked out in a metallic brown hue.

A Los Angeles-based artist created a set of bronze Air Jordan sneakers, but didn't bother with brushes and acrylics. Matthew Sena took a very literal approach and used the actual bronze alloy to create life-sized sculptures of the Air Jordan III and XIII. From the branding and paneling to the tumbled leather details and stitching, Sena's creations are pretty true to form. Obviously, you can't wear them, so it would just be a piece of artwork in your home. In other words, no different from the way most sneakerheads treat $200 sneakers today.

If you want a shot at either sculpture, hit up Sena's online store. Each bronzed-out Jordan costs $2,250.
