Glow in the dark shoes are right up there with the biggest trends in footwear today, thanks to Mr. Kanye West. Just about every brand is rolling out their version of a glow in the dark shoe, and today adidas joins in on the fun with the Consortium Boost "Glow Zone".

Unlike typical glow in the dark shoes like we've seen Nike and Under Armour, the Three Stripes took a different approach. The adidas Consortium Boost "Glow Zone" features a silver reflective material through the upper which will shine and keep you noticed during those late night runs. The reflective silver overlays sit atop a black base, white Boost midsole, and a traction built outsole to give the grip runners are looking for. Pairing their prized Boost cushioning with the hype around glow in the dark really sets these apart from other shoes on the market, and will certainly be a hot commodity for runners or every day wear.

No official stateside release is scheduled as of yet, but the Consortium Boost "Glow Zone" is currently available at international retailers including Titolo.
