It's easy for Complex readers to follow and find the writers on this site—our names are right there for you to see. But there are also a lot of people behind the scenes in the office that inspire us on a daily basis and are doing cool things on their own. You guys just don't know about them yet.

David Park, who works on motion graphics, is a huge sneakerhead and Pharrell fan. These two passions, along with his artistic talent, led him to customize an infant-sized pair of adidas Stan Smiths in the fashion that Pharrell has been wearing all year.

"I have a small collection of baby sneakers, mostly Nike and Jordans. Two weeks ago, I was searching for new sneakers and I stumbled upon the baby Stan Smiths," Park said. "It didn't take long for me to remember that this is the year of Pharrell and also the come back of Stan Smiths. I figured it wouldn't take much to copy the ones he wore."

If you can remember, we profiled another pair of custom Stan Smiths that Park made, but those were for himself to wear. This pair, though, was made with the same artistic whim that Pharrell used to make his 1-of-1 pair.

"Pharrell's sneakers look like he took maybe like 10 minutes scribbling them on, which is probably the look he wanted," Park said. "I just used some paint markers I had at home. It took me about an hour."

With Park using adidas as a canvas, it's only right to notice Pharrell, Kanye, and Nigo's impact of joining the Three-Striped brand on people.

"Although I've been been a Nikehead all my life, I'm really excited about adidas working with Pharrell, Nigo, and Kanye. Especially about the amount creative freedom they are giving them," Park said. "I'm not an athlete and I don't think Pharrell is either. So while adidas has been focusing a lot on the athletic aspect of their sneakers, Pharrell will bring the look and feel that will appeal to this generation of sneakerheads, who will most likely never wear them for athletic purposes."
