When working out or training, people are always looking for new routines to vary their regiment to yield the best possible results. Nike's here to help you train better and perform at your best with the launch of their new Training Club App.

The 2014 World Cup is winding down, but next year, the women take the pitch to represent for their country, so Nike brought on members of the U.S. Women’s National Team to debut the App. Syndey Leroux and Ali Krieger's training for the World Cup next year has already begun, and to help train like them, Nike is debuting the Sydney + Ali Dynamic Duo Workout exclusively on the Training Club App. The 15-minute High Intensity Training partner workout consists of five drills, including plank jumps, single leg squats and ball squat jumps designed to help strengthen the core and legs.

Sydney + Ali's Dynamic Duo Workout will be available on the Training Club App beginning in July, but the app is currently up and running with over 100 workout routines to bring your game to the next level.

Download Nike's Training Club App for free on iOS and Android.
