To celebrate the 45th anniversary of Neil Armstrong's feat as the first man to walk on the moon, Nike will be releasing the Air Max Lunar90 "Moon Landing" on Nike.com/NikeLab. Instead of the usual Saturday drop, the launch will be on Sunday, which is the exact anniversary date—July 20.
The "Moon Landing," equipped with 3M details, is covered in the surface of the moon and features the stars and stripes of the American flag on its heel.
An exact release time is not yet known, but be sure to have those Twitter alerts on and ready to go. You can also try to cop these commemorative kicks on Bodega's webshop on the same day at 8 a.m. EST. Do it for 'Murica, sneakerheads.
