It's been two years since Nike introduced Flyknit technology just before the start of the Summer Olympics. The knitted material has quickly become one of its core technologies and is now incorporated onto a slew of other styles that go beyond performance running. For our Kicks of the Day, we take a look at one of the first knitted silhouettes with the Flyknit Racer in the new "Photo Blue" colorway.
Despite all the different runners that are now equipped with Flyknit, Nike continues to push the Racer, which debuted with the new technology in 2012. The "Photo Blue" iteration is an all-new colorway that sports a predominantly blue upper with black accents throughout the knitted construction. True to the Racer style, there's a split on the color scheme that makes the medial side black, while the lateral is covered in mostly blue. Rounding out the design is a white midsole atop a black waffle outsole.

Pick up a pair of this lightweight runner today on Nike.com for $150. A full-size run is still in stock.
