adidas recently rolled out the RG3 Boost Trainer, but for those of you looking for more options to the RG3 line, worry no more as we get our first look at the adidas RG3 Energy Boost Trainer in a low top version.

The adidas RG3 Energy Boost Trainer Low features the same general design as the high-top version, but the Three Stripes added in new material around the heel area this time around. The original construction featured a fuse based material, but that's replaced with a more flexible spandex like material that works better for a lower cut sneaker. The updated construction offers a more locked down fit, that is secured further by the midfoot strap and helps you train at a high level. The standout feature here is of course the Boost cushioning system in the forefoot, that is complimented by EVA unit through the mid-foot and heel area for optimal feel and responsiveness. This colorway is the first to surface of the RG3 Energy Boost Trainer Low, and comes in a blue base, with grey compliment around the heel area and a white Boost foam unit.

No word on an official release date, but keep it locked to Sneaker Report for all future news surrounding the adidas RG3 Energy Boost Trainer Low.
