Ever see the newest pair of adidas hit the market, and think to yourself, I could design something better then that? Well now your chance has arrived to showcase your talents.
adidas and Pensole launched a nationwide search looking for aspiring footwear designers to participate in their adidas Earn Your Stripes by Pensole, intensive design program. The program was created to find and develop the next generation of designers for adidas, with the winners having an opportunity to see their designs produced and sold in stores across the world.
D'Wayne Edwards founded Pensole, an innovative footwear design academy, to give young design students an opportunity to showcase their talents no matter their economical background, and learn from the industries best.
Those interested need to submit an original adidas design to Pensole.com, by July 27. A list of 15 accepted applicants will be announced on August 4, and will receive an adidas scholarship or program tuition and housing for the class which takes place in September.
