Although the World Cup is all but upon us, that hasn't stopped Nike from debuting kits for club teams for the upcoming season. Today, we get a look at a new away kit from Nike for one of the most storied clubs around, Celtic FC.
The kit was designed after the club's first ever away kit, and features a predominatley green color scheme to represent the club's Scottish heritage. The front of the jersey features an enlarged graphic of the Celtic tartan, with horizontal and vertical gold lines to represent the Celtic cross. Nike added in more special touches including the inspiration saying "A club like no other" inside the back of the neck. As usual, the kit comes with Nike's latest and greatest technologies including DriFit, to draw sweat away from the body and help players perform at their best by remaining cool.
The Celtic away kit will be available for purchase beginning June 19 at Nike.
