Even though Nike is set to release the Kobe 9 Elite Low next month, its low-profile counterpart, EM, is still coming with that heat. Originally previewed back in April, the "Game Royal" colorway will see a release next Thursday.
The Kobe 9 EM "Game Royal" takes inspiration from street art in South America as evidenced by the blend of shapes and colors on the Engineered Mesh upper. Kobe's appreciation for art is apparent and this love has been incorporated in other sneakers like the entire "Prelude" series and the ultra high, muse-driven Kobe 9 Elites.
The "Game Royal" drops on Thursday, June 19, at 8 a.m. EST on Nike.com for $160.
