The term "quickstrike" gets thrown around loosely in the sneaker community, but a real one happened today. Nike, without warning, released the Fragment x Nike KD VI Elite at its new NikeLab location at 21 Mercer St. in NYC.
We saw a conversation on Twitter that the sneakers had released, and we immediately headed down to the shop to scope out the scene. We also picked up a pair in the process, and here they are. There's no word on whether these sneakers will see a wider release, but, for now, enjoy these Hiroshi Fujiwara-designed gems with their nappy suede, leather liner, and leather insoles.
