You might have seen him on our Best Sneakers in the Complex Office This Week segment before, but David Park is behind the scenes at Complex. As a motion graphics designer, we're more likely to see him around the office than you are to see his name on the website. But he's just as big of a sneakerhead as the rest of us.

He took his passion for sneakers and design and applied it to a pair of white-and-red adidas Stan Smiths. The outcome instantly caught out attention, and we asked if we could photograph his sneakers. We also took the time to talk to David about his custom job, and he said it came about because he loves love the simple/clean design of the Stan Smiths. He also wanted to do something different than everyone else.

The artwork was applied with KRINK markers, and was inspired by one his favorite graffiti artists, INSA. They took about a week to complete, and the art was drawn from INSA's "heart/butt" and "heels and leggings" motifs.

Look at the images below to see his customization.
