The next evolution of adidas Boost is officially on it's way. The Three Stripes leaked a promo picture of the upcoming Extreme Energy Boost, set to debut May 14.

Following in line of their highly successful Boost foam-based cushioning technology, the Extreme Energy Boost expands on previous models from adidas. Previously seen on models like the Energy Boost 2.0, the foam cushioning system is designed to recycle energy expelled from each step and put it back in the runners stride. adidas is so confident in the Boost technology, that they've even guaranteed they will be the best running shoes you've owned, and even offer a full refund if not fully satisfied. So far there's no concrete detailed on the tech behind the Extreme Energy Boost, but it looks like adidas may have utilized their Primeknit upper which would render the runner lighter, and more flexible than it's predecessors.

The adidas Extreme Energy Boost is set to officially launch May 14. Let us know what you want to see from the next adidas Boost installment @SneakerReport.
