Even though the Miami Heat took an L this past weekend against the Brooklyn Nets, they returned to practice looking like the two-time defending champs. We're not talking Xs and Os, either. Check out the crazy sneakers that some of the players and coaching staff rocked at practice today. Seriously, there's LeBron in Zoom Solider VIIs, assistant coach Juwan Howard in XIVs, head coach Erik Spoelstra in "White Cement" IIIs, Michael Beasley in "Bred" XIs, assistant coach David Fizdale in "Infrared 23" IIIs, and D-Wade in his signature Way of Wade 2s. Yep, it's safe to say the Heat are prepared for tonight's game.
