In the spirit of today's holiday, Washington Redskins' quarterback Robert Griffin and adidas have released a special "Mother's Day" edition of the RG3cleat.
The cleat features a colorway of "Dark Onix/White" highlighted by a gradient upper. The shoe draws its inspiration from the cherry blossoms to which Washington D.C. is the home of the annual National Cherry Blossom Festival. The cleats, which released today, are available right now at adidas.com and retail for $150.
Along with the release of the shoes, Griffin took to YouTube to share stories of his mom and express his love and appreciation for her, which, if you haven't yet, you can view up top.
