Today, adidas announced that its most exciting sneaker this year (so far), the ZX Flux, would receive a crowdsourced makeover. And there will be an app that allows costumers to upload their own photos onto the lightweight runner via their iPhones or Android phones.
A video surfaced and showed what this option might produce, and adidas has now produced a handful of potential mockups for the ZX Flux. Want burgers or cherry blossoms on your sneakers? It's all possible.
Expect this program to launch in August.
